All customer orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
Customer orders requiring customization including screen printing and/or embroidery may require additional fees and may take up to 4 weeks or more depending on the order date.
There are no refunds on customer orders. Only in the case of an item being "unavailable" (meaning the item has been discontinued and is not available from the supplier), will a refund be issued.
All customer orders that are exchanged will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
All customized orders that are returned will be subjected to a 50% re-stocking fee.
Once all orders are received in the store, the employees will notify you that your order has arrived. All orders must be picked up from the store within 30 days from the day in which you are notified by a Streamline employee that your order has arrived in the store.
Streamline Swimming does not accept returns and does not offer cash refunds or credit back to credit/debit cards.
Streamline Swimming will accept any unused equipment or apparel within 30 days of the original purchase, in the original packaging, with any original tags, and with the original sales receipt, for exchange for similar equipment or apparel or for in-store credit.
All sale and clearance merchandise sales are final, and will not be accepted for exchange or in-store credit.
Streamline Swimming cannot accept any equipment or apparel that has been used or worn.
Gift cards and in-store credit are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Any swim suit order that is placed as part of a team order or for a specific swim team is a CUSTOMIZED ORDER. Streamline provides proper and quality racing suit fittings in order to provide customers with the most information on how a racing suit should fit. The final suit size decision, however, is made exclusively by the purchaser; therefore if the suit that is ordered does not fit, Streamline Swimming is not responsible, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged for a suit that is exchanged, and a 50% restocking fee will be charged for a suit that is returned.
